Assistant Manager, Digital Project (Contract)

Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Assistant Manager, Digital Project (Contract).


Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, day to day management of the various digital projects, ensuring that assignments are completed and delivered according to plan. This employment will be on a one-year contractual basis.


The Role:

  • Manage and lead project meetings with vendors, internal team and senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agenda and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Manage project plan and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Manage the assignment and scheduling of project tasks.
  • Manage project scope and project milestone reporting.
  • Consolidate business requirements and scope from internal team and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business requirements and evaluation of vendor proposals.
  • Provide recommendation of best practices or industry standards for project.
  • Assess and evaluate project success post launch.

The Person:

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in digital project management in e-Commerce, Advertising or Travel and Hospitality Industries.
  • Possess hands on experience with the end to end delivery of at least one e-Commerce or marketing web/mobile site.
  • Candidates with experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud products, especially Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems (CMS) and possess in-depth knowledge of system architecture will be an added advantage.
  • Able to multi tasks, prioritize and adhere to deadlines.
  • Able to commit for one year from the point of appointment.
