Gino Tan appointed General Manager of the multiple award-winning PARKROYAL on Pickering

Gino joins Pan Pacific Hotels Group as its first Singaporean General Manager, with experience managing luxury hotels in Singapore, China and the UK.

Singapore, 13 March 2014 – Pan Pacific Hotels Group is pleased to appoint Gino Tan as General Manager of the widely lauded PARKROYAL on Pickering in Singapore.

Andrew DonadelA seasoned hospitality professional with 20 years’ experience, Gino has managed Millennium & Copthorne and Raffles Hotels & Resorts hotels in Singapore, London and China, consistently leading the properties under his charge to deliver significant improvements in financial performance and higher levels of guest satisfaction.

Prior to joining Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Gino was General Manager of Millennium Hotel London Mayfair in the United Kingdom where he was tasked to prepare the property for an extensive refurbishment to upgrade its positioning within the city. Through his role as General Manager of Grand Millennium Beijing and the five-star New World Hotel in Dalian, Gino has also acquired in-depth operations knowledge and expertise within China’s competitive hotel industry.

A born and bred Singaporean, Gino spent the first 15 years of his hospitality career building a strong Sales & Marketing foundation with Omni Marco Polo Hotel, Merchant Court Hotel and Raffles Hotel in Singapore, as well as Swissotel Beijing and Raffles Hotel Beijing in China.
